Production-date note: DENSO’s Japanese catalogue shows FC16HR-C9 / 90919-01281 on C-HR Hybrid ZYX10 from 12/2016 to 05/2018, after which Toyota changed to FC16HR-CY9 / 90919-01298. Therefore C-HR 2018 is not placed in the automatic VPF because the year contains both specifications. Early-2018 vehicles may still use this plug; confirm the existing plug or chassis/production date before ordering.

DENSO also lists 90919-01281 for early Prius PHV / Prime ZVW52 production in 2017, but that model-year is also split by production date, so it is intentionally excluded from the automatic VPF. Later applications generally use the superseding Toyota number 90919-01298 (FC16HR-CY9).
